How long will delivery take?

We will need 4-5 business days to get your parcel ready to dispatch. It may happen at times, that there might be a delay in dispatching an order, in that case you will be informed of this immediately. We do however try our best to avoid any delays, but we are also dependent on timely deliveries from our suppliers and unfortunately there might be delays from supplier from time to time.

  • Major Cities 3-4 days
  • Outlying Areas 4-5 days

We deliver directly to your door (home or office) or to a courier locker.

Courier Fees:

  • Own Courier / In-Person Collection - R15
  • Pudo Locker to Locker - R95.00
  • Door to Door Courier - R180.00
  • Free delivery on orders over R1999.00*

* Free deliveries will be sent via Pudo Locker to Locker service.

Please note that we will inform you when your parcel is ready for collection and that we are an online store only. We cannot hand over a parcel to a courier without a collection waybill. Use your order number as reference. Please email this to us. and email a copy to us in order to release your parcel to the couriers.

What is a Pudo Locker Delivery?:

Pudo is a courier service making use of a secure locker system. Your parcel is deposited into a secure locker by Indi & Oak. The courier company then collects your parcel from the locker and either delivers your parcel into a locker close to your delivery address (locker to locker service) or to your delivery address (locker to door service).

If you chose Pudo Locker to Locker as your delivery method, you will receive a notification from Pudo with a QR code and PIN code as well as the Collection Locker address. Once you receive it, you can use the QR Code or Pin Code to unlock the Pudo Locker and retrieve your parcel. This is especially convenient, as you can collect your parcel any time and there is no chance of you accidentally missing the delivery if you are not home.

When you choose Pudo Locker to Locker as your delivery service, you are in essence reserving a locker for your parcel for 36 hours (this starts counting down as soon as your parcel is deposited into the collection locker) in which collection of your parcel must take place, in that 36 hours no one else can use that specific locker.
Failure to collect your parcel within the 36 hours from being deposited into the collection locker will result in cancellation of the collection with NO REFUND. Your parcel will not be refunded to you and Indi & Oak takes no responsibility for your parcel and the non-collection of your parcel. It is your responsibility to follow up on communications from Pudo and to collect your parcel in time. Indi & Oak will not refund your parcel or value of the order if you do not collect your parcel in time. Indi & Oak takes no responsibility for incorrect contact details supplied on order placement.

To which Locker will my parcel be sent?

You have two options;

  1. Enter your preferred Locker name and address as your delivery address.
  2. Enter your home or office address and I will select the locker closest to that address. Please note that I am reliant on the Pudo website to indicate all lockers in your entered area, and unfortunately I do not know your area like you do, so I do try my best to select the closest lockers that show up on the Pudo website.

What is a PRE-ORDERED item?

A pre-ordered item is a product, that is scheduled to only arrive at a future date. Pre-ordered items are indicated as such and an estimated date for arrival is indicated on each product's page. We offer products for pre-ordering (mostly because we are so excited about them and cannot wait to share it with you) so that you can make sure you are one of the first to get your hands on it.

We try our best to plan for shipping delays, and we calculate this into the estimated arrival dates. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of the transporters and delays do occur. Please be assured that there is nothing more important to us than to get your parcel to you as quickly as we can.

When do I get delivery of PRE-ORDERED items?:

Pre-ordered items can only be sent to you once they arrive at Indi & Oak's premises and stock has been checked. If you have in-stock items and pre-ordered items in your order, your order will only be dispatched once the pre-ordered items have arrived.
