If you need to return or exchange your order, you are welcome to do so within 14 days of the date of delivery.  You will need to arrange to courier the order back to us at your expense.  You will then be able to choose something else from our store or we can offer you a refund once we have received the goods.  In order to receive a refund, the garments cannot have been worn or the item used and the tags should still be attached.

We do not accept returns for sale items, pre-ordered items or for customized items.

If your order is damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately (within 7 days) so that we can rectify it. We will need photos of the parcel and damaged goods, so please don't throw them away.
