IMPORTANT

Customized items are made to order, please allow 1-2 weeks for production and packaging and 3-5 days for the courier.

  • Order lead times are generally two weeks. We need 1 week for print production. And 3-4 working days for the courier. Taking us to two weeks.
  • When you place your order, we have to update the print production queue with a list of items to be printed including sizes, colours and garments. For custom artwork changes, we also have to squeeze in time to update artwork.
  • We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as the parcel is collected by the couriers

We deliver directly to your door (home or office) or to a courier locker.

  • Pudo Locker to Locker - *R85.00
  • Pudo Locker to Door - *R130.00
  • Door to Door Courier - *R180.00

What is a Pudo Locker Delivery?:

Pudo is a courier service making use of a secure locker system. Your parcel is deposited into a secure locker by Indi & Oak. The courier company then collects your parcel from the locker and either delivers your parcel into a locker close to your delivery address (locker to locker service) or to your delivery address (locker to door service).

If you chose Pudo Locker to Locker as your delivery method, you will receive a notification from Pudo with a QR code and PIN code as well as the Collection Locker address. Once you receive it, you can use the QR Code or Pin Code to unlock the Pudo Locker and retrieve your parcel. This is especially convenient, as you can collect your parcel any time and there is no chance of you accidentally missing the delivery if you are not home.

RETURNS

If you need to return or exchange your order, you are welcome to do so within 14 days of the date of delivery.  You will need to arrange to courier the order back to us at your expense.  You will then be able to choose something else from our store or we can offer you a refund once we have received the goods.  In order to receive a refund, the garments cannot have been worn or the item used and the tags should still be attached.

We do not accept returns for sale items, pre-ordered items or for customized items.

If your order is damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately (within 14 days) so that we can rectify it. We will need photos of the parcel and damaged goods, so please don't throw them away.

What is a PRE-ORDERED item?:

A pre-ordered item is a product, that is scheduled to only arrive at a future date. Pre-ordered items are indicated as such and an estimated date for arrival is indicated on each product's page. We offer products for pre-ordering (mostly because we are so excited about them and cannot wait to share it with you) so that you can make sure you are one of the first to get your hands on it.

We try our best to plan for shipping delays, and we calculate this into the estimated arrival dates. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of the transporters and delays do occur. Please be assured that there is nothing more important to us than to get your parcel to you as quickly as we can.
